How to cook
Put the pumpkin, milk and sugar in a deeper cookware. Leave the pan on low heat until the sugar has melted.
Stir vigorously with a fork or a potato masher until the pumpkin is creamy enough. Add honey as well. Stir well.
If necessary, add a little more milk.
When the pumpkin is ready, remove the pan from the heat. Add the cinnamon, walnuts and egg yolk.
Leave the cream to cool. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites into a foamy mixture. Add it to the cream, while stirring gently in one direction only.
Pour it into suitable cups and sprinkle it with walnuts.
The fluffy pumpkin cream with walnuts is ready.
