How to cook
Mix the black pepper, paprika, mustard, salt and ketchup into a thick paste and spread the paste on the cleaned and washed quail.
Each quail is wrapped in 1-2 pieces of bacon and arranged in a glass baking dish.
Pour a little oil and a glass of white wine on top.
Cover the dish with a lid and bake until nicely the quail are nicely browned at a moderate temperature. The bacon-wrapped quail are ready.
