Cut the rolls in half and smear them with butter. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the crushed onions, grated carrots and chopped dried pork, adding them to the pan in that order.
Season to taste with plenty of paprika, a little salt and black pepper.
Cut the tomatoes in rings. Chop the lettuce coarsely. Fill the rolls with the fried stuffing, sliced tomatoes and lettuce. These sandwiches are suitable for breakfast.
