  • bread - 2 bread rolls, pocket type
  • onions - 1 head of red and 2 green stalks
  • pork fillet - 5.5 oz (150 g) dried
  • carrots - 1 large
  • tomatoes - 1
  • lettuce - a few leaves
  • butter - for spreading and frying
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika


Cut the rolls in half and smear them with butter. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the crushed onions, grated carrots and chopped dried pork, adding them to the pan in that order.

Season to taste with plenty of paprika, a little salt and black pepper.
