Ingredients

  • butter - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • onions - 2 bunches
  • garlic - 1 clove - crushed
  • peas - 1 4/5 cups (450 g)
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g), diced
  • mint - 2 sprigs

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan, add chopped onion and when softened, add the garlic.

Stir and add the peas, bacon and mint. Season with salt and pepper (as desired).

Put the lid on and leave on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Before serving, you can remove the mint leaves.
