Ingredients

  • zucchini - 3
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • lemon juice
  • black pepper

Preparation

Peel the zucchini and cut them into large chunks, boil them in salted water. Drain them for 3-4 hours in a colander, then blend them.

Add the crushed garlic and chopped dill with mayonnaise. Season with lemon juice and salt. Mix again.
