How to cook
Portion the chicken. Mix the juice of 1/2 lemon, 3 mashed garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, 1 tsp paprika and crushed rosemary in a bowl. Smear the chicken with this aromatic mixture and leave it in a container with a lid for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Put the chicken to stew and scatter a few unpeeled garlic cloves and the 1 whole head of garlic, trimmed on the top only. Flip the chicken over to fry on both sides, and add lemon slices. If you deem it necessary, sprinkle it with more salt or spices to taste.
Transfer the container to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. It is a quick and delicious recipe. Hope you like it.
