How to cook
Beat the butter and sugar into a fluffy cream. Add eggs one at a time under constant whipping, followed by the milk. Sift the flour with the baking soda and cinnamon and add it in portions to the above mixture.
Add a pinch of salt and citric acid. From the resulting soft dough, roll out a thick sheet and cut out biscuits using a cup. Arrange them on a tray with baking paper and bake them in a moderate oven until pinking.
