Mix the eggs with the yoghurt and add the salt. Separately, dissolve the yeast in a little warm water, and add the sugar. Then put it in to the egg mixture and pour in the vinegar. While adding flour, knead a soft dough.
Allow it to rise for 40 minutes in a warm place and roll it out onto a greased surface into a sheet with a thickness of 3/4″ (2 cm). From the products for the filling, separate 1 egg yolk, and mix the rest of the eggs in with the crumbled feta cheese.
Distribute filling onto the sheet, roll it up and cut it into equal pieces. Arrange them in a pre-greased tray with short distances from each other. Allow to rise again.
Top them with the egg yolk beaten with some water and bake in a preheated oven, you can optionally sprinkle some seeds on, too.
