How to cook
The carrots and potatoes are cut. One of the potatoes is cut into cubes and the other into several large pieces.
Put them in a pot with 6 cups of water and boil them.
When the potatoes have softened, the large pieces are taken out and are mashed and placed back in the pot.
Add the remaining vegetables and spices and mix everything well.
Leave the vegetable soup on low heat for a few more minutes until it's ready.
The easiest chickpea soup is ready.
