"If you want something sweet, but low in calories, here is a suitable chia pudding"

Ingredients

  • chia seeds - 3 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable milk - 1/2 cup
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp.

How to cook

Mix the cocoa, salt and honey.

Add chia seeds, sprinkle with a little cinnamon, add vanilla and pour the milk.

Mix the chia cream well.

Leave the chia pudding in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours or overnight, so that the chia can absorb most of the liquid and swell up and then your vegan chia pudding will be ready to eat.
