How to cook
Defrost the fish, clean it well and wash it. Each fish is cut into 3-4 pieces.
In a baking pan, the pieces of fish are seasoned according to your taste.
In a separate bowl, mix the wheat white flour with the breadcrumbs. The ratio of flour and breadcrumbs is according to your taste.
Each piece is generously rolled in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs and fried in a deep fryer at 320°F (160 degrees).
