How to cook
Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the water and mix the pre-sifted flour with baking powder.
Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, pour the mixture into a greased with oil rectangular baking pan and level it out.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes. Cut the fudge into square pieces and leave it to cool.
Mix all of the syrup ingredients in a saucepan and place it on high heat until they melt and a smooth mixture is obtained. Drizzle the chilled and sliced fudge with the help of a spoon and leave it to cool again.
This fudge is a real treat for the whole family, it is easy to prepare and disappears in literally seconds.
