How to cook
Clean the olives from the seeds using a knife and press each olive, so that their seed separates.
Squeeze the juice from half an orange.
Place the pitted olives in a suitable deep bowl.
It is most convenient in the measuring jug of the blender. Add the oregano and orange juice.
Blend the olive paste at maximum speed, until you an aromatic and smooth olive paste is obtained.
Transfer it into a bowl and refrigerate it.
Serve the oregano and orange olive paste in the company of bruschettas/toast and enjoy!
