How to cook
Boil the rice. In a medium-sized, deep skillet, heat the butter and olive oil. Add the carrots and fry for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
Add the finely chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute. Season with curry and stew, while stirring constantly for 1 minute. Pour the cooked rice over the carrots and stir.
Season to taste and serve.
