How to cook
Prepare a baking pan with a diameter of 10″ (26 cm) and melt the butter inside of it.
Spread the biscuits on the bottom with butter, which are best if they're without holes.
Peel the apples, cut them into thin crescents and arrange them on the biscuits. Cover the bottom of the cake tightly.
Sprinkle crushed walnuts and cinnamon on top.
Beat the eggs and sugar separately and add the sifted flour along with the vanilla and baking powder.
Pour the dough evenly over the apples.
Place the homemade apple pie cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until it aquires a golden color.
When the easy cake is ready, there should be no crumbs left on the stick, which you have checked it with.
Take out the easy apple pie cake and only when it cools down a bit, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
