How to cook
Cut the fruits and pour the rum over them. If you are using canned fruits or compote, drain the fruits well. Caramelize the sugar and add the warm milk. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and add the semolina, again while continuously stirring until the cream thickens.
Distribute this cream into cups and let it cool. When serving, garnish with whipped cream, powdered sugar and arrange some fruits and pour rum on top.
