How to cook
Boil the carrots and 2 eggs and cut them into small pieces, along with the pickles too. In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat with 1 egg, the yoghurt mixed with the baking soda, the slices of bread and other spices. Having thoroughly mixed the minced meat, add the chopped carrots, eggs and pickles.
Everything is thoroughly mixed yet again and spread in a buttered baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven. The sauce is prepared by stewing the finely chopped leeks in a little oil, then adding the tomatoes, finely chopped garlic; allow to boil on low heat until they thicken.
Add a little sugar, parsley, salt to taste. After boiling for 15 minutes, add the flour, mixed with a little cold water. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
