How to cook

Make a homemade pumpkin puree by peeling and slicing the pumpkin.

It can be roasted in the oven, or it can be steamed.

For the first option the time is 20-25 minutes and the second - about 15 minutes.

Mash it into a puree, by adding coconut oil, cocoa and cinnamon.

To the prepared mixture, add the liquid honey along with the raisins, which you have left for some time in warm water.

Put homemade pumpkin puree with coconut oil, raisins and cinnamon in suitable cups and serve it.
