Ingredients

  • pork - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • beef - 7 oz (200 g)
  • carrots - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • celery - 5 leaves
  • thyme
  • eggs - 1
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil

Preparation

Grind the 2 types of meat into mince. Peel and grate the carrots. Cut the celery leaves finely.

Knead the carrots, celery, egg, minced meat and spices well. Shape flat patties and leave them in a cold area until you are ready to cook them.

Then brush them lightly with oil and bake on a grill for 6 minutes on each side.
