Ingredients

  • beef tripe - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf
  • butter

Preparation

Boil the cleaned and thoroughly washed tripe in water with salt, pepper and bay leaf in the oven in a pot.

Cut the boiled tripe into large chunks. Separately, mix the flour with a little butter, fry it up.

Dissolve this with water from the tripe, place the pieces of tripe in the runny porridge and leave it to boil.
