How to cook
Boil the rice, take one nori leaf and place it with the shiny side down on a sushi mat or on a solid piece of fabric. Spread the cooked warm rice carefully on 3/4 of the leaf, brush with Philadelphia cream cheese all along the rice and then place half of the salmon, spread in strips.
Place the thinly julienned cucumber by the salmon. Wrap up the sushi, applying slight pressure to make it tight. After you roll up the entire leaf, cut the roll into 8 parts.
