How to cook
Knead a dough from the flour, water, butter and salt. Preheat the oven to 392°F (200 °C). In a greased tray, place the dough and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
For the topping, fry 2 tablespoons of flour in the butter, add the warm milk. Stir to thickening. Grate the cheese finely on a grater. Mix it with the dairy mixture and chopped bacon. Season to taste.
Add 2 egg yolks and mix well. Beat the whites into snow and also add them to the topping. Remove the foil from the baked crust. Brush the edges with milk. Pour the topping on top and spread it evenly.
