Ingredients

  • peppers - 10 - 12
  • eggs - 2 - 3
  • feta cheese - 1 cup grated
  • bread - 2 slices
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • parsley - 1/2 a bunch
  • tomatoes - 2
  • black pepper
  • oil - for frying
  • flour - for rolling
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Soak the bread in milk, squeeze and crumble it. Add the crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, parsley, grated tomatoes. Sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Stir the mixture and fill the roasted and peeled peppers with it, roll them in flour and fry in hot oil.

Serve with garlic and yoghurt.
