Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • flour - 6 tablespoons
  • salt
  • oil
  • parsley

Preparation

Sauté the mushrooms and once they are ready, pour the dissolved in water flour over them.

Use as much water as you need to get the required density. Add spices to taste and salt. When it boils, remove it from the fire.

Serve with chopped parsley.
