How to cook
Grate the white cheese and yellow cheese. Beat the eggs with the salt. By alternating milk and flour, add them to the eggs, followed by the baking powder. Add the cheeses at the end.
A pancake batter should be obtained, which is a little thicker than cake batter. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a pancake pan. Pour with a ladle of the batter and form a round pancake with a diameter of 2.4″ (6 cm). I prepare three at a time.
When they aquire an appetizing color at the bottom, turn them over to bake on the other side. Before pouring another portion of the batter, grease the pan again.
