How to cook
The chicken fillet is cleaned from the skins, it is cut into cubes and they are placed in a bowl. Season them with soy sauce, black pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut them into small cubes.
Once the meat has stood in the marinade, start stringing it on the skewers, by alternating vegetables and meat.
Roast the chicken skewers on a preheated grill until they're ready.
