"Is there a better way of welcoming spring than enjoying its gifts?"

Ingredients

  • lettuce - 2 - 3 leaves
  • green onions - 2 stalks
  • green garlic - 1 - 2 stalks
  • cucumbers - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parsley - 3 stalks, chopped
  • eggs - 1, hard - boiled
  • for the topping
  • oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • vinegar - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper - freshly ground
  • olives - for garnishing

How to cook

Chop the onion and garlic finely. Put them in a bowl, add salt and lightly mash them. Add the cleaned and sliced cucumbers, lettuce and chopped parsley.

Mix and top everything with oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper to taste. Cut the hard-boiled egg and arrange it around the salad. Put an olive in the middle and serve.
