How to cook
In a little lukewarm water, dissolve the yeast with a spoonful of sugar and stir. Leave it for 5 minutes. Pour the flour into a deep bowl, add salt and stir. Mix it with the activated yeast and knead the dough. Before the end of kneading, add oil.
Cover it with a clean towel and leave it for 30 minutes. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and leave it for another 15 minutes.
Grab a little of the risen dough and form balls. Arrange the mini bread buns in a tray lined with baking paper on the bottom. Cover them with a towel and leave them for 30 minutes. Bake all of the mini bread buns in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 35 minutes.
Take out the baked bread buns from the oven, spray them with water and cover them with a clean towel. Leave them to cool and serve them.
The homemade mini bread buns with yeast are suitable for small sandwiches or even stuffed bread buns.
