Ingredients

  • leeks - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • tomatoes - 1
  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 cup
  • prunes - 5.5 oz (150 g), dried

How to cook

Cut the leeks into wheels, the tomatoes into small pieces and sauté them in oil and some water. Add the paprika, bulgur and a bit of water.

Cook the dish over low heat until bulgur becomes tender. Add the pre-soaked in cold water prunes. Salt the dish to taste and cook until the prunes soften.
