How to cook
Grease a baking pan. Pound the pork neck steaks with a meat hammer and drizzle them with the universal sauce.
Finely chop the onion and sprinkle them with black pepper and salt. Pour oil into a pan and fry the onion.
Mix the steak seasoning with the milk and water in a deep bowl. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.
Cut the processed cheese and spread it on the meat. Pour the onion on top, pour the spice mixture over the juicy steaks and add cream, if desired.
Bake for half an hour at 430°F (220°C).
Serve the juicy pork chops with processed cheese with a garnish of your choice.
