- mince - 17.5 oz (500 g), mixture
- onions - 1 medium head
- bread - 2 slices without the crusts
- parsley - half a bunch
- eggs - 2
- black pepper
- baking powder - 1 tsp
Stir the mixture for 10 minutes and leave for another 20 minutes to absorb all the flavors. Shape meatballs with lightly greased hands.
Drop the meatballs to fry in heated oil until ready on both sides. The baking powder makes for very fluffy and juicy meatballs. Enjoy your meal!
