Ingredients

  • chicken - 12.5 oz (350 g) (bites)
  • vegetables - 10.5 oz (300 g), various types
  • cashews - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • chinese salt - 1 teaspoon
  • soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • white wine - 1 tsp
  • shiitake - 2 oz (50 g), or other mushrooms

Preparation

Fry the chicken with chopped vegetables and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Put the cashews in for 1 minute. Add spices.

Mix and it is ready. Be sure to fry in a small amount of very highly heated oil. It is best to use a wok and gas stove.

You can replace the Chinese salt with monosodium glutamate.
