How to cook

Warm the honey and gently mix it with pre-beaten egg yolks with sugar. Add the cinnamon, cloves, baking soda and flour gradually.

Beat everything well and finally mix in the beaten egg whites gently. Put the mixture into a greased oven dish and put it to bake at 356°F (180 °C) until ready.

Optionally, smear the finished and slightly cooled treats with honey or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
