Ingredients

  • cream - 3 cups, thick
  • honey - 5 tablespoons
  • orange butter - 2 tablespoons or 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • extract - 1/4 teaspoon, pure almond

How to cook

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and start beating them with a mixer until you get tips. Careful not to over-whip the mixture so that it doesn't start to look like it's curdling. If this happens, just mix slowly and carefully with a spatula, not a mixer.

Use this nougat cream for cakes, pastries or chilled in dessert bowls and garnished with crushed nuts, such as pistachios.
