Mix the eggs with the crumbled feta cheese and grated cheese. Cut the meaty insides of 2 tomatoes into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients. Season with olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
If the mixture is not thick enough, add a little flour. Grease a tray, fill the peppers with the mixture and put a round tomato slice from the remaining tomato in the opening of each of them.
Top with a little olive oil and place the peppers to bake in a pre-heated oven. Bake at 446°F (230 °C) for about half an hour, and then turn them over to cook on the other side after 15-20 minutes.
