How to cook
Boil the milk and pour it over the oats and wheat bran. Close with a lid and leave to swell nicely for 15 minutes. Mix the cleaned and grated apples with freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest.
Separately, beat the eggs with the sugar or sweetener and add the swollen oatmeal and apples. Finally, mix the baking powder and raisins in and transfer the mixture to a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs tray.
Put this pudding to bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
