How to cook
Boil the properly cleaned and sliced mushrooms for about 20 minutes. Prepare a marinade from the above listed products (excluding the dill) with 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of water and put the mushrooms in for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Cool and drain from the marinade, sprinkle with fresh dill. Serve these as an appetizer or salad.
