Ingredients

  • powdered sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook

Mix the sifted powdered sugar with the lemon juice and melted vegetable butter or oil. Instead of lemon juice, you can use other fruit juices as well.

You can also add rum or cognac in it. They will change the color of the glaze though.
