Put 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate in each of the 4 tall glasses, pour in the boiling milk, stir gently, and decorate the top with whipped cream.
Separately, prepare the melted chocolate into which you dip the hazelnuts and let them cool. Arrange them on top of the cream, taking care so they do not sink in the milk. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
