How to cook
Wash the basil leaves and dry them.
Put some of them in a blender along with some of the lemon juice, a clove of garlic, olive oil and some of the nuts. Blend and transfer the mixture into a large bowl.
In the same way, continue to blend until you run out of products.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir the pesto.
Distribute it into plastic boxes and store it in the freezer.
Before using the pesto, you need to defrost it and drizzle it with a little olive oil.
The pesto with basil and pine nuts is ready.
