How to cook
The sauce is prepared by briefly frying a stalk of finely chopped fresh garlic in a saucepan or a deep frying pan.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to it. Grate two of the tomatoes.
Cook until they're soft and release their juice. The sauce is seasoned with salt, a little sugar and a mix of Italian spices.
Finally, when the sauce is almost ready, add the finely chopped fresh basil.
The pasta is boiled in salted water. It is then strained and distributed into serving plates.
Spread the tomato sauce on the pasta and sprinkle it with grated Parmesan cheese.
