Ingredients

  • lettuce - 1
  • chicken fillet - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • soya sprouts - 1 handful
  • corn - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • zucchini - 1/3
  • onions - 2 sprigs, fresh
  • soya sauce
  • barbecue seasoning
  • oil - about 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar - to taste
  • lemon juice

Preparation

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and mix with the spices, soya sauce, oil and lemon juice. Allow the meat to season, and during that time, cut the lettuce, onion and zucchini into small cubes.

Add the corn and then the seasoned chicken and if needed, season with vinegar and oil.
