Ingredients

  • rice - 2 cups
  • brussels sprouts - 10 heads
  • wheat - 1 cup, boiled
  • onions - 1 head
  • peppers - 2, red
  • corn - 1/2 cup
  • tomato paste - 4 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • oil - 1 cup

Preparation

The rice is washed in water multiple times and then boiled with a little salt. Stew the crushed onion in preheated oil, then add the boiled wheat.

Meanwhile, boil the sprouts with a little salt in a separate container. Add the chopped peppers, corn and tomato paste to the onion and corn. Season with spices, add some water and add in the sprouts.
