How to cook
Beat the eggs well with a mixer and gradually add the mayonnaise, sour cream, baking soda and salt. Start adding the flour and stir until you get a dough with a density similar for cooking fritters (slightly runny, but not too much).
Cut the sausages, leeks (white part only) and season them with salt, black pepper and savory. Select hard tomatoes, remove the flesh and cut them into small cubes. Add them along with the sliced mozzarella to the rest of the cut products and mix with the dough.
Put the mixture into a buttered pan and place the loaf with filling to bake in a moderately heated oven until it gets a nice tan.
