Pancake with Fruits
- flour - 1 cup (250 g)
- milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
- eggs - 3
- oil - 1 tablespoon
- butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
- powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
- vanilla - 1 packet
- salt - 2/3 tsp (3 g)
- oranges - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- bananas - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- kiwis - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- strawberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- cream - 2/3 cup (150 g), sweet
Sift the flour and beat the eggs. Mix the flour, eggs and half the milk. Stir until you get a smooth mixture. Add the melted butter, salt, sugar and the second half of the milk. Mix well.
Put a lid on and keep it at room temperature for 1 hour. If you want thin pancakes, whisk the egg whites separately and add them at the end. Heat the pan, coat it with vegetable oil and add a ladle of the mixture. After browning, flip the pancake using a wide knife.
When arranging them, sprinkle powdered sugar after each pancake, so they don't stick. The fruits are cleaned, cut into small cubes and mixed together. Place chopped fruit in each pancake. Finally, put a spoonful of cream on each pancake.
