Clean the lettuce and wash it well, cut it into strips. Clean the onions and parsley, wash them and cut into small pieces. Cut the cucumbers and radishes into thin slices.

Mix all the vegetables in a bowl and season with salt, olive oil and vinegar. Distribute the salad into plates and garnish with olives and chopped eggs.
