Fry the gently crushed garlic in heated butter, add the finely chopped spinach and stir until it softens. Mix the feta cheese, spinach, finely chopped ham, nutmeg, coriander and black pepper to taste in a bowl.
Everything is mixed thoroughly. Carefully lift the skin off of each leg, put some stuffing in and put it back. Spread the top with olive oil and paprika. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 30 minutes until the meat softens.
