How to cook
Boil and then drain pasta according to package directions. Blanch the separated broccoli florets for a few minutes in boiling water and rinse immediately under cold.
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan with a wide bottom and fry the garlic and anchovies. Add the broccoli, stir well and gradually add the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the crumbled blue cheese, grated parmesan, remove from the heat and mix with the pasta.
