Preheat the oven to 347°F (175 °C). Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl and make a well in the middle of it. Pour in the wine with the lightly beaten eggs there. Use a whisk to whip.
All vegetables, seeds, parmesan and olive oil are mixed with the dough and seasoned with salt and black pepper. Put the salty pastry with vegetables into a greased pie pan or regular pan with a diameter of 8 1/2″ (22 cm) and bake for about an hour in a preheated oven.
