Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 21 oz (600 g)
  • onions - 2 fresh bunches
  • garlic - 1 bunch
  • dock - 21 oz (600 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 cup, canned
  • salt
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • oil

Preparation

Cut the chicken into thin steaks. Put oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Once slightly softened, add the meat, tomato paste, salt, black pepper and paprika.

Once boiling, add the chopped dock, stir, and let it stew until soft. Serve the chicken with dock with yoghurt if desired.
